GLENDALE, Wis. – MSOE men's tennis began the 2023 NACC tournament looking to move on to the next round against Concordia Chicago. The Cougars were no match for the Raiders as the Red & White advanced behind a 5-0 shutout on Monday.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Third seeded MSOE (12-9), one of the three teams that won a share of the 2023 NACC regular season championship, cruised by in doubles play over sixth seeded Concordia Chicago (2-11) with a trio of 8-0 scores.
- Needing just two points to advance in the first to five format, the Red & White used two different shutouts to take down the Cougars in the minimum number of matches played.
- #5 Singles – Emilio Ulloa def. Januska 6-0, 6-0
- #6 Singles – Jachym Smid def. J. Gustafson 6-0, 6-0
- All other matches were recorded as "unfinished."
WHO'S ON DECK
The Raiders advance in the tournament and will now take on second seed St. Norbert on Thursday. The first serve from Green Bay, Wis. is slated for 11:00 am.
