9:30 - 9:45 AM | Run 60's
9:45 -10:00 AM | Get arms loose & Catch
10:00 - 10:10 AM | Outfielder Defensive Workout
10:10 -10:25 AM | Infielders Defensive Workout
10:25 - 10:35 AM | Catchers Defensive Workout
10:35 - 10:45 AM | Set Up Cages and Bullpens
10:45 - 11:45 AM | Hitting Rotations

What to Expect:
- Position Players – 60 yard time, Defensive Eval, Hitting Instruction/Live Game Play(If we have enough pitchers signed up)
- Pitchers – Pre Throw/Post Throw instruction, live in game action with Radar Gun/Rapsodo (If we have enough pitchers signed up).
Drop-Off/Pick-up Information
Participants should arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the camp. If a camper must leave early, the camp director must be notified.
Equipment
Participants are required to bring their own bat, batting gloves, glove and proper workout attire.
Insurance/Medical Forms
Campers must have their own health insurance. Each camper must complete a medical history and liability release form. The medical history form will be mailed/emailed with confirmation. Be sure to download the medical history form and mail it in with your registration. Under no circumstances may a camper participate without completing these forms.
Confirmations/Refunds/Cancelations
Registration confirmation will be sent prior to the start of the clinic. Participants will not receive confirmation if they register within five days of the clinic. No refunds will be given unless a doctor's excuse is provided. In the event of a clinic cancelation, participants will be notified five days prior to the start of the clinic. A full refund will be given.
