- Once a team is registered they will be contacted by Coach Davinci Wallace.
Important Information:
- Games will have certified high school and college officials.
- Scorekeepers will be provided.
- All team players must have high school eligibility remaining.
- Camp is designed for varsity basketball players.
- Certified athletic trainers will be on site.
- Only individuals listed on the teams roster may participate.

- Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Teams will be approved once payment is received!
- No overnight housing will be provided.
- Format: Teams will play 4 games.
- Check-in at the Kern Center 30 minutes prior to your first game. If you are not on your designated court 5 minutes before the game, your team will forfeit.

Location
Games will be held at the Kern Center, MSOE's 210,000-square-foot health, wellness, fitness and recreation facility.
Insurance / Medical Forms
Campers must have their own health insurance. Each camper must complete a medical history and liability release form. The medical history form will be mailed/emailed with confirmation. Download the medical history form and mail it in with your registration. Under no circumstances may a camper participate without completing these forms.
Confirmation / Refunds / Event Cancelations
Registration confirmation will be emailed prior to the start of the team camp. In the event of a camp cancelation, teams will be notified as soon as possible and a full refund will be processed.
