Caleb Brewer led the MSOE swimming & diving team in their double-duel against both Carthage College and Lake Forest College as both the men and women dropped both.

MEN'S TEAM RECAP
- Brewer had two first place finishes on the day, winning both the 200-yard freestyle (1:47.85) and the 200-yard butterfly (1:58.04). He also added a second-place finish in the 100-yard butterfly (51.95), while also apart of the 200-yard medley with Dominic Garcia, Mateo Haeuser, and Cayden Page that finished second with a time of 1:37.79. Page also was an event winner on the day, winning the 50-yard freestyle in 21.68, and added a second-place finish in the 100-yard freestyle in 48.71.
- Haeuser finished second in the 100-yard backstroke in 1:00.96, while also finishing third both in the 200-yard backstroke in 2:16.41 and 200-yard IM in 2:01.96. In the 3-meter diving, the Raiders finished second and third with Clayton Stewart scoring 178.50 points and Peter Gerrits scoring 153.40 points, respectively.
WOMEN'S TEAM RECAP
- Ava Pike had the highest finish of the day, finishing fourth in the 50-yard freestyle in 26.21. She also joined Grace Dollevoet, Jocelyn Katte, and Maya Majewski for the 400-yard freestyle to finish fifth in 4:00.12 and individually finished seventh in the 100-yard freestyle in 58.36.
- Katte and Addy Benner each had seventh place finishes, with Katte in the 100-yard backstroke in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:18.03) and Benner in the 500-yard freestyle (6:08.39) and 1,000-yard freestyle (12:51.27), respectively.
WHAT'S NEXT
The Raiders will be off next weekend before returning to the pool on Saturday, November 9
th for the Gene Davis Invitational, hosted by Lawrence University. Action is set to start at 1:00 PM.
