ADRIAN, Mich. – The MSOE women's hockey team made their first trip to Adrian on Friday, as the Raiders fell 8-0 against the #4 team in Division III, being outshot 51-10.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Raiders (2-9-1, 1-5-1 NCHA) fell behind Adrian (11-2-0, 7-0-0 NCHA) just 2:20 into the game, as the Red and White looked to end a three-game losing streak. Lilo Emerson would record the only MSOE shot of the first at the midway point of the first period, as Adrian extended their lead to 2-0. The Bulldogs would add three more goals in the second period as the Raiders faced a 5-0 deficit with just 20 minutes of play remaining.
- The Red and White would desperately try to claw their way back, as Sara Kopf and Gray Mandia saw shots saved by the Adrian goalie down the stretch, but the Bulldogs ran up the score to 8-0, closing the book on the first game of the weekend series.
