GLENDALE, Wis. – The MSOE Men's Tennis team made their fall debut on Thursday evening, in a tune-up match with Lake Forest College at Nicolet High School. Despite some tremendous efforts from the Red and White in several tiebreaker sets, the Raiders would fall 6-1.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Raiders were unable to win the doubles point from the Foresters, but #1 Doubles pair Andres Saavedra and Yacine Ferjani were able to best Lake Forest's top duo by a score of 6-4.
- Saavedra nearly brought home his second win of the day from the #1 Singles slot, but would ultimately come up short in a tiebreaker, 6-2, 2-6, 05 - 110. Freshman Pedro Mendes would fall in similar tie-breaking fashion after winning the first set from #6 Singles. (6-4, 1-6, 06 – 110)
- Carlos Patino would bring home the lone MSOE win of the evening after coming out on the right side of a marathon tiebreaker. (6-1, 1-6, 110 – 07)
