MILWAUKEE – The MSOE Men's Rowing kicked off the 2025-26 season at the annual Milwaukee River Challenge in the heart of downtown on Saturday, as the Raiders posted 4
th place finishes in both the Open 4+ and the Open 8+ as they raced down the Milwaukee River.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- In the Men's Open 4+, the Raiders added two boats to a field of eighteen, racing down the Milwaukee River against DI, DIII, and Club competition. The Raiders crew of Liam Otten, David Frenkel, Andre DeWet-Daniels, and Asuka Suzuki were led by coxswain Siena Carli for a time of 17:02.026 for the Red and White, putting them just outside the top three by less than two seconds.
- The Men's Open 8+ saw the Raiders finish in 4th place once more, with the crew of Otten, Frenkel, Suzuki, De-Wet Daniels and Carli being joined by Tobias Engle, Michael Zsykowski, Raymen Vue, Tucker Eddy as they finished the winding course in a time of 15:41.925.
