RACINE, Wis. – The MSOE Men's Tennis team took down their conference rival Scarlet Hawks of Illinois Tech in a thrilling night of action, as the Raiders fought their way to a 4-3 victory.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Raiders were able to take the doubles point as they captured wins in two of three doubles contests against Illinois Tech, as Carlos Patino and Carlos Lopez combined for the first MSOE win of the afternoon. The combination of Joe Chong and Andres Saavedra secured the point for the Raiders in their back and forth 7-6 win.
- Saavedra and Augusto Eiji Yamazaki would earn singles wins to keep the Raiders in contention with the preseason favorite, as the teams were dead locked 3-3 with the #2 singles slot still battling.
- It would be Patino who would come in clutch for the Red and White, bouncing back after dropping his first set as the Raiders remained perfect in conference play with a massive 4-3 win.

The Raiders will host Edgewood College on Thursday, March 27
th with matches set to begin at 11:30 A.M.
