OSHKOSH, Wis. – The MSOE women's track & field team competed at the UW-Oshkosh Invitational, highlighted by
Ella Kwaterski and
Josephine Jacklin each picking up second-place finishes.
RECAP
- Kwaterski had the highest finish of the day on the track, finishing second in the 5,000-meter run, clocking a time of 19:42.90. Holly Bley finished fourth in the racing, finishing in a time of 20:25.39. Sabryn Bley finished in the third place in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, running 12:37.68.
- In the field, Jacklin had a second-place finish in the discus, making a toss of 38.56 meters. She also led the shot put, finishing with a mark of 12.24 meters, with Katrina Wawrzyn narrowly behind her in sixth tossing 12.23 meters. Kylie Crum just misses her season best to lead the hammer throw, finishing in fourth with 47.10 meters.
WHAT'S NEXT
The Raiders will have one final tune-up next week at the Phil Esten Challenge, hosted by University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Action is set to begin on Thursday, April 17
th with events starting at 2:00 PM.
