MILWAUKEE – For the first time in program history, the MSOE women's lacrosse has clinched a spot in the NACC tournament in runaway victory over Concordia University Wisconsin, led by
Vayda Flower posting a seven-point performance.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- MSOE (5-11, 5-4 NACC) struck in an instant when Ashlyn Bode took the opening draw control and went immediately for the net for the first goal of the game just 18 seconds in. Lilly Johnson just under a minute later added to the quick start before Concordia Wisconsin (5-10, 4-5 NACC) answered. Joce Katte began a 6-0 run to close out the first quarter to give the Raiders a commanding 8-1 lead.
- The Falcons began the second quarter with two goals before Katte and Anika Einbeck went back-to-back with the Falcons getting one before the first half horn to go into the break 10-4. Einbeck quickly closed out her hat-trick after the second half began to make it 12-4. Both sides traded goals with Ashlyn Bode and Einbeck each finding the back as the Raiders headed into the fourth leading 14-7.
- Flower added to her massive day with her third goal to begin the quarter as the Falcons answered nearly 30 seconds later. Johnson and Chloe Ninmann connected on man-up opportunities midway through with Alana Perry and Ninmann putting the finishing touches to clinch it.

WHO'S ON DECK
The Raiders will open up the conference tournament on Saturday, April 26
th when they travel to take on the No. 4 seed Cornell College. Game time is to be announced.
