EAU CLAIRE, Wis. - The MSOE Men's tennis team competed in their final matches before the NACC Tournament on Saturday, as they split their doubleheader, besting the Yellowjackets and falling to the Blugolds.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- vs. UW-Superior
- The Raiders took the doubles point from the Yellowjackets, winning from the #1 and #3 Doubles slots. The brothers Miguel Lopez and Carlos Lopez would each match their doubles victories with a singles win.
- Freshmen Pedro Mendes and Augusto Eiji Yamazaki would add the final points to the Red and Whites total, as Yamazaki won in straight sets, while Mendes won a three-set thriller to give MSOE the 5-2 win.
- vs. UW-Eau Claire
- Against the Blugolds, the Raiders fell in all three doubles sets, and the Blugolds would win the first three singles sets to clinch a win for UW-Eau Claire. Losing 6-0 would have no effect on M. Lopez, who went on to win in straight sets from the #2 single spot, 6-3, 7-5.
