WHITEWATER, Wis. – The MSOE men's cross country team put five runners in the top ten to finish nine points behind tenth ranked nationally University of Wisconsin Whitewater and finish second at the Tom Hoffman Invitational.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Pinion led the way, coming in fourth in a time of 26:18.
Sam McPeak and
Zach Zuzzio were next through the chute in fifth and sixth, running 26:31 and 26:33, respectively.
Patrick Lee and
Ryan Alyassir rounded out the scoring with Lee in eighth running 26:35 and Alyassir in ninth in 26:49. Finishing in the top 15 also was
Jackson Braun in 12
th running 27:14 and
Mika Nelson in 13
th running 27:31.
WHAT'S NEXT
The Raiders will head to the other side of Lake Michigan on Saturday, October 4
th, to compete at the Knight Invite, hosted by Calvin University. The race is set to begin at 11:45 a.m. ET.
