GLENDALE, Wis. – Still seeking their first win of the fall, the MSOE men's tennis team hosted Roosevelt University in their final tune-up match before the ITA Regionals. The Red and White would finally secure the win that eluded them, in a hard-fought 4-3 triumph.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Raiders would take the #1 and #2 doubles matches to start things off, taking an early 1-0 lead over the Lakers, highlighted by a 6-1 win from the Raiders #1 team of Randy Funez and Carlos Patino.
- In singles play, Funez would survive a thrilling third set tiebreaker to secure a perfect 2-0 record against the Lakers on Sunday, with his #1 bout closing out the event to secure the win for the Red and White. Augusto Eiji Yamazaki would win a similar three set thriller from the #4 slot, while Miguel Lopez held off a late push from his opponent to win in straight sets by scores of 6-0, 7-5.
