DE PERE, Wis. – The MSOE Women's Hockey team was eliminated from the NCHA Slaats Cup Playoffs on Saturday evening, as the St. Norbert Green Knights posted their sixth consecutive shutout to put an end to the Raiders historic season.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• MSOE (11-13-2, 8-8-2 NCHA) fell behind SNC (16-8-2, 12-4-2 NCHA) after the Green Knights tallied the opening goal of the game just 5:39 seconds into the contest.  The Raiders would successfully kill off a penalty for body checking in the middle of the first period, but the Green Knights would keep their offensive momentum rolling.  After SNC went up 2-0 at the 13:42 mark of the opening frame, the Raiders would see shots from MaryFrancis Williams and Lilo Emerson turned away as the Red and White trailed 2-0 at the first intermission.
• With their season on the line, the Raiders would be on the powerplay to start the second, as the Red and White recorded the first three shots of the period, all turned away by SNC despite clean looks from Hannah Baumann and Amy MacDonald.  After the Raiders were tagged with a penalty for too many players on the ice, the Green Knights would tally their third goal of the evening, this time on the powerplay. 
• Trailing 3-0 and in need of a massive comeback, Raiders continued to battle and fire off shots, but St. Norbert would add their fourth goal of the afternoon before the Raiders could connect.  The Red and White would be unable to find the back of the net despite sustained puck possession, as the Green Knights killed off one more penalty before putting a close to the Raiders season.

WHO'S ON DECK
The Raiders have wrapped for the 2025-26 season, with an 11-14-2 record, going 8-8-2 in conference play during the regular season.  The Raiders reached the playoffs for the first time in program history in just their second season, coming just one regular season standings point away from hosting a playoff series.
