Box Score

MEQUON, Wis. - The MSOE women's volleyball team struggled to get its offense on track in falling to Concordia Wisconsin in three sets 25-21, 25-13, 25-16 Wednesday evening at Buucks Fieldhouse.

The Raiders (4-8, 0-2 NACC) played a tight first set, but dopped off over the next two. They hit in negative numbers the last two sets and finished at .000 on the night.

In the first set, MSOE was within 18-17, but the Falcons (3-8, 1-1 NACC) scored the next four points to pull away. Then, CUW limited the Red and White to -.179  and -.062 over the final two sets, while using runs of 9-1 and 10-1 to roll to the three-set sweep.

Freshman Sarabeth Haworth (Colorado Springs, Co. / Mesa Ridge) led the Raiders with six kills and 10 digs. Fellow freshmen Rachel Lynde (Colorado Springs, Co. / Rampart) and Maria Bintz (Germantown, Wis. / Kettle Moraine Lutheran) tallied five kills apiece.
