WAUWATOSA, Wis. – Junior Caitlin Liddiard scored the game's first two goals and the MSOE women's soccer team forced a 29-5 shot advantage on its way to rolling to a 4-0 victory over Wisconsin Lutheran Saturday at Warrior Soccer Field.

The Raiders (6-4-1, 2-1 NACC) also got a goal and assist from sophomore Sara Travia in handing the Warriors (3-8-2, 0-3 NACC) the home defeat.

Liddiard's two scores came early in each half and set the tone for MSOE. She struck for the eventual game-winner in just the 10th minute off an assist from sophomore Maria Schumacher. It would be her team's lone score of the half, despite a decisive 13-2 shot advantage and nine shots on goal.

The WLC defense could hold for just so long and Liddiard was there once again to give her team some insurance. This time, she took an assist from Travia and gave the Raiders a 2-0 advantage in the 50th minute.

Freshman Adriana Garsow picked up her first collegiate goal with an unassisted effort in the 80th minute and Travia capped the scoring with her team-best 10th goal of the season just 2:42 later off an assist from junior Alex Klonis.

Freshman Mary McFee got her third-straight start in goal and stopped two shots for her second-straight shutout in NACC play.

MSOE is back on the field Wednesday, hosting Alverno at Viets Field. Kick-off is scheduled for 7 p.m.
