MILWAUKEE – The MSOE women's tennis team scored a top doubles win, but that was all in falling to Marian 8-1 Wednesday afternoon at the McKinley Marina Tennis Courts.
Despite the loss, the Raiders (5-8, 3-4 NACC) remain in the hunt for a spot in the NACC Tournament. They currently sit sixth and can clinch a spot with a combination of two MSOE wins/Wisconsin Lutheran losses.
The Red & White closes out the fall season Saturday, hosting Lakeland at 10 a.m. and Concordia Wisconsin at 2 p.m.
On Wednesday, it was junior Carly Grant and freshman Sammy Soeder collecting the win. Teaming once again at No. 1 doubles and scoring an 8-5 win.
