SAINT PETER, Minn. – The MSOE women's tennis team went to ITA Regional at Gustavus Adolphus College, where they saw multiple match wins.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- The doubles duo of Ana Clara Kamiyama and Sadie Dakay cruised to an easy 8-0 victory in their opening match against the pair from St. Catherine University, then winning their Round of 32 matchup against the pair from Hamline University. The two would drop their sweet sixteen matchup to the group from the host Gustavus Adoplus College 8-3.
- Kamiyama in singles play won her opening match against Maia Samuelson on Wisconsin-La Crosse 7-5, 6-2 and then defeated Laurel Buttrick of Grinnell College 6-2, 6-2. Kamiyama would lose her third match of the weekend to Rika Cross of the Gusties 4-6, 6-4, 10-5.
- Dakay won her first singles match of the weekend to NACC fellow Hattie Plenty of Edgewood University before falling to the No. 3 seed Pari Chavan of Grinnell 6-0, 6-0.

th when they face Concordia University Wisconsin at Nicolet HS at 6:00 p.m.
