LAKE NONA, Florida - The MSOE men's tennis team wrapped up a tough trip to Florida with a 9-0 loss to Rose-Hulman Thursday morning at the USTA National Campus.
The Raiders (1-12) played the Fightin' Engineers and an exhibition match against
Puerto Rico-Rio Pedias almost concurrently, falling to UPRRP 9-0.
The trip featured several highly-rated teams, including three scholarship programs from Division II, NJCAA, and the team from Puerto Rico.
In the match with RHIT, junior Ryan Runke took a set off his opponent at No. 5 singles before falling 6-2, 4-6, 10-3.
MSOE has a lengthy break before returning to the court March 25 at Carroll.
