Box Score MILWAUKEE – MSOE women's soccer entered the final week of the season with a shot to take home another NACC regular season championship, but some work still needed to be done. St. Norbert was the Raiders first task, one that they completed easily in a 3-0 win at Viets Field on Tuesday night.
RESULT
St. Norbert – 0
MSOE RAIDERS – 3
HOW IT HAPPENED
- MSOE (11-1-0, 15-3-0 NACC) once again tallied the game winning goal extremely early in a contest. This time it was Emma Halverson punting a free kick over the St. Norbert (9-8-1, 7-4-1 NACC) keeper in the 4th minute.
- Louisa Essuman and Grace Quinn also added to the Raiders score with Addison Spilman and Mariah Trevino picking up assists.
- Neither team scored after Quinn's tally at 16:35 in the first half and the Red & White didn't let the Green Knights get a single shot off in the second frame in MSOE's 3-0 win.
RAIDER REMARKS
- The Raiders are now 4-2-0 all-time against St. Norbert. They also are the owners of the first ever NACC matchup between the two teams.
