HOW IT HAPPENED
MSOE (3-1, 2-1 NACC North) dominated Wisconsin Lutheran (1-2, 1-2 NACC North) on Sunday, only giving up three total shots to the Warriors all afternoon. While the defense kept the WLC offense at bay, the Raiders found the scoreboard three different times throughout the 90 minutes of action. The first goal was scored by McKayla Zastrow, who was set up by Nicole Robb at 16:24. The Red & White would hold the 1-0 advantage until freshman Grace Quinn netted the first tally of her MSOE career unassisted at 56:06. Emma Halverson, another freshman who scored her first Raider goal today, capped off the action on the offensive end with the third and final goal at the 80-minute mark. Reagan Tompkins stopped the only Warriors shot that found its way on net and Megan Lacina once again picked up the 3-0 "W". Each of the three Raiders victories this season has been decided by that same exact score.
