Box Score MILWAUKEE – MSOE women's soccer came into tonight's contest against Edgewood not having allowed a goal in over 115 minutes. That trend continued tonight when they didn't even allow the Eagles to get a shot on net, blanking their foes by the score of 4-0 at Viets Field.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Though MSOE (4-1, 3-1 NACC North) took 15 shots in the first 45 minutes against Edgewood, they had nothing to show for it up on the scoreboard heading into halftime. Things definitely changed in the second period. Not only did the Raiders take 20 shots, five more than the pervious frame, they were able to find the twine numerous times. Brooke Zidek kicked things off with an unassisted goal just six minutes into the second half. The Red & White could have stopped there and still won the game easily, as they allowed just one shot all night to the Eagles, but they wanted more. Megan Core then set up Nikki Ratts on a tally that just barely crossed the goal line to put the Raiders up 2-0. After an Edgewood own goal, Olivia Carroll capped the scoring thanks to a Molly Pekala assist to give the Raiders a 4-0 victory. Reagan Tompkins and Megan Lacina once again shared duties in net with Lacina picking up her third win of the campaign on Wednesday.
