MSOE men's tennis took on two opponents this weekend but ended up with a mixed bag for results. While their loss to Concordia Wisconsin on Saturday was not too pretty, the Raiders redeemed themselves with a dominate blowout of Wisconsin Lutheran less than 24 hours later.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Not much went right for MSOE (4-6, 3-1 NACC) on Saturday when the headed up to Mequon to take on Concordia Wisconsin (5-6, 3-1 NACC). The Raiders were swept in doubles action against the Falcons which meant the comeback would have to come from the singles side of play. Unfortunately, only Ryan Emerich (6-3, 0-6, 6-3) and Josh Fay (6-3, 6-3) were able to come away with wins as the Raiders fell to CUW by the score of 7-2.
Things went much better on Sunday. The Red & White controlled all but one match against the Warriors of Wisconsin Lutheran (1-7, 0-4 NACC). Alec Dam and Parker Kuhlman were the top Raiders double team with their impressive 8-1 performance and Dam followed that up with a 6-1, 6-1 win from the No. 1 singles spot. Kuhlman won his match 6-1, 6-0 as well and Emerich (6-2, 6-2) once again took care of business to power MSOE to an 8-1 victory.
WHAT'S NEXT
The Raiders will take on the top team in the NACC next Sunday when they face off against Illinois Tech in Chicago. First serve is slated for 2:00 pm.
