MILWAUKEE – MSOE women's tennis has been on fire ever since the start of NACC play, going 5-1 since September 11th. This afternoon's home match kept that trend going as they sailed by Lakeland with their third shutout victory in their last four matches.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- MSOE (6-3, 5-0 NACC) completely dominated Lakeland (1-7, 1-5 NACC) in all facets of the game this afternoon, especially in doubles play. The Raiders won two of the three matches 8-0, with the other result being 8-1.
- The Red & White had no problem in singles play either. Karley Way was the only player not to win in straight sets but rose to the challenge by winning her third set tiebreaker 10-3.
- Sabrinal Blommel was the lone Raider to shutout her opponent in solo action, winning the match out of the sixth spot by the score of 6-0, 6-0.
- The Red & White also won three other matches by the score of 6-0, 6-1.
WHAT'S NEXT
The Raiders will get a little bit of a breather before they head into a matchup with first place Concordia Wisconsin next Saturday. That home match is slated to begin at 10:00 am.
