Box Score MILWAUKEE – MSOE men's basketball finally snapped their prolonged losing streak on Wednesday when they beat Aurora on the road. This afternoon the Raiders put another one in the win column as their efficient offensive performance dealt the visiting Edgewood Eagles a 24-point loss inside the Kern Center on Saturday.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The MSOE (7-11, 3-8 NACC) offense picked up where they left off on Wednesday and it all started with a solid first half. The Raiders shot 51 percent from the floor and senior Michael Pitrof recorded seven of the Red & White's 16 field goals.
- Edgewood (7-10, 6-4 NACC) stayed within arm's reach, but the Red & White defense did a fantastic job of shutting down the Eagles dual double-double threats.
- The Raiders didn't let up on the gas in the second half and proceeded to widen the gap even more between the two teams with 43 more points.
- MSOE never let the Eagles lead in the game and shot 55.9 percent overall in a 24-point victory.
RAIDER REMARKS
- The Raiders were able to avenge their loss to the Eagles from earlier this season when they lost by the slimmest of margins 61-60.
- Michael Pitrof crossed the 1,100-point threshold this afternoon and is within striking distance of the top ten in career points.
