Box Score MILWAUKEE – After back-to-back 1-0 losses to St. Norbert last season, MSOE men's soccer had extra incentive to come home with the win in their regular season home finale at Viets Field. The Raiders made good on the victory with some highlight reel goals against the Green Knights on Wednesday evening.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- MSOE (12-1-3, 7-1-2 NACC) started the scoring tonight in the 13th minute when Zach Thompson connected with Steven Arthur off a free kick to put the ball past the diving St. Norbert (7-6-5, 6-2-3 NACC) keeper. The Green Knights wouldn't be down for long though as a penalty kick just five minutes later allowed them to tie the game at 1-1.
- The rest of the first half went scoreless but the Red & White would get back on the board in style shortly after the intermission ended. Kilian Oelrich used two consecutive headers to find the back of the net to give the Raiders what would be their game winning goal.
- Oelrich would score again in the 70th minute when he redirected a Lukas Schwenke pass to give MSOE an insurance tally that they would not end up needing.
- Ethan Houseworth played big in net and came up with some huge saves to preserve the Raiders 3-1 victory over St. Norbert.
RAIDER REMARKS
- The win marked the first time in the five-game series history between the two clubs that MSOE has pulled out the victory.
- Kilian Oelrich is averaging 1.5 points per game this season.
