Box Score CHICAGO – MSOE women's soccer hit the road after their brief stint at home and took on the University of Chicago in the Windy City on Sunday. The Raiders put together a tough defensive effort but their offense couldn't break through in a 1-0 loss to the Maroons.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- MSOE (2-1-2), coming off their second win of the season on Friday, put up a tremendous fight against the University of Chicago (4-1) on Sunday afternoon.
- While the Maroons defense didn't allow the Raiders offense to do much, the reverse was almost just as true. The Red & White allowed just a lone goal to Chicago which came in the 13th minute of the contest off a rebound shot.
- Unfortunately, the Raiders couldn't find the equalizer in either half. They took a total of five shots, two of which were saved by the Maroons keeper, in their 1-0 loss on the southside of Chicago.
RAIDER REMARKS
- Though it was the closest game in the series between the two clubs, MSOE is 0-4 overall against the Maroons.

WHO'S ON DECK
