Box Score MADISON, Wis. – Some nights you outplay the other team and have nothing to show for it. Wednesday was one of those nights for MSOE women's soccer as they outshot Edgewood 17-3 butwalked away with a 0-0 tie after 90 minutes of action in the state capital.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- MSOE (2-1-3, 0-0-1 NACC) gave up just two shots to Edgewood (4-1-1, 0-0-1 NACC) in the first half, but the offense couldn't come through on their end. Two of the Raiders seven shots in the opening frame had to be saved by the Eagles keeper but we went into halftime with no score on the board.
- The second half was much of the same. The Red & White outshot Edgewood 10-1 this time but once again there was no crooked numbers up on the scoreboard after another 45 minutes. This outcome handed the Raiders their third tie of the year.
- Reagan Tompkins had a quiet night as there were no shots that came her way in the full time conference season opening draw.
RAIDER REMARKS
- Tonight served as just the second tie between the two teams in a series that dates back to the 2000 season. It also snaps the Raiders eight game winning streak over Edgewood.
