HOW IT HAPPENED
- vs. Elmhurst
- The Blue Jays jumped out to a quick 15-point lead off three consecutive forfeits and a decision. Michael Smith would pick up a huge 18-1 Tech Fall at 157 to grab five points for the Raiders.
- After another fall for the Blue Jays, the Raiders would take another victory via forfeit before Caleb Brick would pin his opponent at 184 for the last points MSOE would get against Elmhurst.
- vs. North Central
- After 24 points immediately went up on the board for the Cardinals, Smith would get his second victory of the day with a pin in the second period. North Central would get the next points the rest of the way though until the heavyweight match, where Noah Nieberle picked up a win via pinfall in the second period.
- vs. Wheaton
- The Thunder started off getting 18 points from forfeits and decisions. Harry Nemcek would get a major decision victory in the 165 match to get the Raiders on the board in this dual. Nieberle would get his second victory of the day from a pin later in the match but it still wasn't enough against the Thunder.
