ADRIAN, Mich. – The MSOE men's hockey team fall in another heartbreaking fashion coming up just narrowly short to #2 Adrian College in overtime.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• #2 Adrian (4-1-1, 4-0-0 NCHA) made the first move midway through the first period but 13 seconds was answered by MSOE (2-3-1, 0-3-1 NCHA) as Jonathan Lapsa found the back of the net to immediately tie up the game. Coming out of the first intermission, a power play opportunity which was lethal for the Raiders this season gave them a 2-1 advantage after two periods of play.
• The Raiders for the next ten minutes seemed to have an edge until the Bulldog tied up the game forcing an extra period to be played. The Raiders held the puck in their attacking end for a vast majority of the overtime period, but in the final seconds, a rocket from the Bulldogs gave them the victory.
