GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – The MSOE women's soccer team followed up their historic NCAA tournament win against the Knights of Calvin University. The Raiders fought hard for the entire ninety minutes but ultimately came up short, 1-0

HOW IT HAPPENED
- MSOE (20-2-3, 12-1 NACC) and Calvin (16-1-3, 7-1 MIAA) both locked down their defensive ends with neither team having many chances to put the ball in the net.
- The Raiders struggled to chain passes together against the Knights defense, limiting their offensive production, while also holding the Knights to just five shots on goal.
- The lone goal of the game came from Calvin's Lucy Iverson, who was able to capitalize off a corner kick opportunity early on, following an injury substitution for the Raiders.
