BELOIT, Wis. – A quick start from Beloit College was enough to hold off MSOE as the Raiders suffer their second loss of the season.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Beloit (3-1, 0-0 Midwest) jump out to an 8-2 lead to begin before a three pointer from Donovan Carter cut the MSOE (1-2, 0-0 NACC) to within three. The two sides battled back and forth as the Buccaneers extended the lead to 11 with under three minutes left in the first half. A layup from Matus Dopirak allowed the Raiders to cut the deficit to seven heading into the break, 37-30.
- The two sides began trading points when a jumper from Mason Dopirak cut them to within three. Carter put the Raiders within two with under minutes to play but as the final minutes ticked off, the Buccaneers grew their lead stronger two as large as 12 as was too much for the Raiders.
