MILWAUKEE – The MSOE men's soccer team was rewarded with multiple All-Conference awards for the 2023-24 season, including defensive player of the year in
Steven Arthur and
Rob Harrington being recognized at coach of the year.
Arthur, who is now a two-time winner of this honor, has started all 20 games for MSOE this season. He has helped anchor a backline that has allowed just 18 goals this season for a .900 goals-against average heading into the NACC Tournament final.
Three other Raiders were recognized on the All-NACC first team, led by
Lukas Schwenke who leads the Red & White having nine goals on the season.
Connor Dees was a killer when it came to passing having four assists was recognized with first team honors, along with
Zach Thompson with six goals and four assists as well.
Ian Frost was locked in as a defender earning a spot on the second team, being paired with
Danny Aranda. Earning honorable mention honors were
Freddy Comparato and
Nico Picha, each having six goals on the year.
The Raiders will compete in the NACC Championship game on Saturday, November 4
th as they host Dominican University at 1:00 PM.
