Box Score MILWAUKEE – Celebrating it's NCAA Tournament team from 20 years ago, the MSOE men's basketball team earned a thrilling overtime victory over Dominican University which was led by a 28 point performance from Mason Dopirak.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- It was a low scoring affair to start as MSOE (10-12, 6-9 NACC) took an 11-8 lead with 11:23 remaining in the first half off a three-pointer from Mason Accidentale. Dominican (7-16, 1-14 NACC) would answer to tie the game at 19 with just under seven minutes left but the Raiders held one to a one-point 25-24 lead going into the break.
- Max Beuthin and Jess Hartman each had hot hands from behind the arch on back-to-back possessions to give the Raiders a seven point advantage just over a minute into the second half. The Stars would eventually shoot their way back into the lead with 4:51 remaining in regulation as each side would lock down their defenses, forcing an extra five minutes tied at 61.
- The Stars took the first lead with a free throw, but the Raiders immediately answered with a layup from Chase Cummings and Donovan Carter extended the lead to four with a three-pointer of his own. The Stars worked back to tie things up with 12 seconds left but Dopirak drew a foul with nine to go to receive two free throws which helped ice the Raiders 75-73 victory.
RAIDER REMARKS
- The Raiders shot 42.3% from the field during the game, which they increased to 70% during the overtime period to help lead them to the win.
- Chase Cummings had a double-double coming off the bench, scoring 10 points while leading the team in rebounds with 11.
