HOW IT HAPPENED
- Wisconsin Lutheran (18-7, 14-3 NACC) held a short lead throughout the beginning of the first half before blowing it open with a 36-25 lead off a dunk that led to a MSOE (10-14, 6-11 NACC) timeout with 5:05 remaining in the first half. From there on, the Raiders closed out on a 14-4 run led by Jess Hartman and Matus Dopirak to go into the break down one.
- The Warriors reopened their lead to start the second half but a three pointer from Cade Beekman and a layup from Donovan Carter helped to keep the deficit small early on. Slowly, the Warriors lead grew throughout the remainder of the second half relying heavily on shots behind the arch that the Raiders defense couldn't stop, running away with the 90-71 victory.
