MILWAUKEE – In a meeting that happened just one week ago, the MSOE men's volleyball finishes it's season in the opening round of the NACC Tournament to Concordia University Chicago.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- A quick start for Concordia Chicago (15-12, 6-5 NACC) got them out to a 3-0 lead. A 5-0 run by MSOE (10-15, 8-4 NACC) capped off by a dump from Nick Stachura gave the Raiders a 13-11 lead midway through the first set. The Raiders held the advantage leading 22-21 late, but a 4-0 run by the Cougars capped off the set winning 25-22.
- The set proved to be more of a back-and-forth affair as no side led by more than three. While tied at 19, the Cougars had the momentum last in the set closing off on a 6-2 run to take the set 25-21.
- The Cougars rode their momentum to begin the third set with a 10-5 lead. The Raiders cut into the deficit with kills from both James Zippay and Carter Shavitz, but a 5-0 run gave the Cougars a large 17-9 lead. The Raiders couldn't accumulate any large runs the rest of the way, falling in set three 25-18.

- The Raiders outnumbered the Cougars in both kills (35-33) and blocks (9-8).
