MILWAUKEE – In their first home tri-match of the season, the MSOE women's volleyball team dominated both Mount Mary University and Lawrence University in two 3-0 sweeps.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- vs. Mount Mary
- MSOE (5-8, 0-2 NACC) had a slow start having a 5-1 deficit to begin the match. A kill from Emma Schattschneider woke the offense up and began a 7-2 run to take a 9-8. After two points from Mount Mary (2-10), the Raiders rattled eight straight to open the lead, never looking back taking the first set 25-17.
- The Raiders didn't slow down starting the second set 14-4. A mini run from the Blue Angels gave life near the end, but an Ava Larson kill sealed it 25-21. The Blue Angels continued to fight to begin the third set but was no match for the Red & White attackers as a 9-0 run essentially seal the final set 25-13.
- vs. Lawrence
- Lawrence (3-11) carried their momentum from their neutral site match-up and gave the Raiders troubles early. A kill from Schattschneider sparked a 10-0 run as the dominant 25-15 first set victory was capped off with a kill from Ana Knutson.
- The Raiders dominated runs the final two sets with a 9-1 run in the second set and a 11-1 run to close out the match. The Raiders dominated the service line 7-1, led by Schattschneider with four.
