Box Score Milwaukee, Wis. – The MSOE women's basketball team made the trip to Plymouth, Wis. on Saturday, looking for another conference win, this time against the Muskies.  The Raiders, led by Mahima Chokshi's 20 points, beat the Muskies 70-56.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• MSOE (12-5, 6-2 NACC) and Lakeland (4-12, 2-5 NACC) traded three pointers to open the game, before the Raiders began to separate themselves from the Muskies.  Raekyiah Williams went on a 6-0 run all by herself in the first quarter, running the fast break in transition for MSOE.  Nina Perl and Skylar Flanagan would hit back-to-back threes with a minute left in the first quarter, and the Raiders would end the quarter up 24-13.
• Both teams would focus heavily on defense in the second quarter, with both teams going scoreless the first three minutes.  Eventually the Raiders would get back on the scoreboard after Ella Mensen, who led the team with 11 rebounds, hit a layup down low.  The Raiders maintained their 11-point lead heading into half, 35-24.
• Halena Hill carried the offensive load for the Raiders in the third, scoring off the drive and getting to the charity stripe.  The Muskies collapsing on Hill allowed her to dish the rock to Perl and Chokshi as the Raiders built the lead up to as much as 15 points.
• The Muskies tried to claw back into the game, but were unable to bring the deficit to even single digits, as the Raiders won 70-56
