WHITEWATER, Wis. – The MSOE men's track & field team went up against many talented programs at the Squig Converse Invitational, hosted by University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, finishing fourth overall.

RECAP
- Adam Shaw was the lone winner taking the mile run in a time of 4:22.15, leading four Raiders in the top six. Xander Gottner and Ryan Alyassir each continued to show the depth of the Raiders, running 15:35.65 and 15:36.67 in the 5,000-meter run, respectively, while leading a 2-6 finish and seven in the top nine.
- The group of Ryan Malvey, Robert Kerns, Hayden Stringer, and Matthew Schaber took second place in the distance medley relay, running 12:11.60, while Evan Ploeckelman found himself in the final of the 60-meter dash, taking sixth overall in 7.08. Ethan Wrasman added another great weekend in the throwing events, taking fifth overall in the shot put with a toss of 14.26 meters.
WHAT'S NEXT
The Raiders will get a feel for the facility for the conference championship later next month next weekend when they go to the Big Dog Invitational at University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
