ROCK ISLAND, Ill. – The MSOE men's wrestling team continued their road trip on Saturday, as the Raiders clashed with the Vikings of Augustana College. The Red and White would see three straight wins to start the dual, but the Vikings would pull away down the stretch for the win.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- MSOE got off to a hot start against the Vikings, winning the first three bouts of the night at 125, 133 and 141 lbs. Jesse Johnson, Liam Anderson and Max Sanderfoot all scored decisive fall victories to open the dual and give MSOE an early 18-0 lead.
- Toren Vandenbush would be the only other Raider to deliver a win over the Vikings, as the freshman scored a 16-3 major decision win in the 165 lbs. bout. Two injury forfeits at 149 and 285 would prove to be costly for the Raiders, as they fell by a final score of 30-22.

The Raiders will compete in the annual Muskie Invite hosted by Lakeland University on Saturday, November 9
th in Plymouth, Wis. The action begins at 9:00AM.
