MILWAUKEE, Wis. – The MSOE women's basketball team celebrated Senior Night for their final home game of the regular season as they won 71-44, thanks to a massive third quarter run.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- MSOE (16-7, 10-4 NACC) trailed Marian (7-16, 5-9 NACC) early after a Sabre fastbreak layup, but Mahima Chokshi found Halena Hill for a three and after a couple free throws from Dani Mendez, the Raiders tied the game up at 7-7. The Raiders would break through on the offensive end in the final 1:37 of the first quarter as Skylar Flanagan would hit a three to give MSOE a 16-14 lead. Nicole Levine would hit a three to expand the Raiders lead as they ended the first quarter ahead 20-15.
- Raekyiah Williams opened the second quarter with a layup, while Hill added a three pointer to keep the momentum rolling and give the Raiders a 27-17 lead. The Raiders shot eight for thirteen from three-point range in the first half, as MSOE went to the break ahead 38-26 after a Hill layup with seven seconds left in the second quarter.
- The Raiders went on an 18-2 run in the third quarter, stifling the Sabres' on the defensive end, while Mendez added nine points on the big MSOE run. Elly Kohl, Nina Perl and Hill added three points each on the way to closing the third quarter comfortably ahead 58-32.
- Despite a closely contested fourth quarter, the Raiders breezed to a 71-44 victory, including 22 points and 12 rebounds from Hill. Mendez finished with 14 points while Williams hauled in nine boards to cap off the Senior Night fun.
