MILWAUKEE, Wis. – The MSOE men's lacrosse team made their first road trip of the season this weekend, as the Raiders dominated the Northwestern (St. Paul) Eagles in a 13-4 win.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Raiders (2-0, 0-0 NACC) and the Eagles (0-1) were evenly matched in the first quarter as MSOE wasted no time getting on the scoreboard, with Peter Russchenberg finding the back of the net less than four minutes into the action. Dawson Smith would follow it up 42 seconds later with a goal of his own to give the Raiders a 2-0 lead. The Eagles would score twice in the first, including a goal with 50 seconds left in the quarter.
- Soren Savard would lead the Raiders offense to start the second quarter, scoring twice on the way to a 5-3 MSOE lead midway through the frame. Russchenberg would add his second goal of the day, and the last of the first half to put the Raiders ahead 7-3 going into the break.
- Russchenberg would continue to be a one man scoring machine, adding two more unassisted goals in the third quarter, while Savard netted his third of the game off a feed from Andrew Toman, the second time the pair has connected this season.
- The fourth quarter was all Raiders, as MSOE poured on the points with Luke Neal netting two and Savard adding another pair of goals to his total as MSOE ran away with 13-4 victory.
