STEVENS POINT, Wis. – The MSOE men's track and field team finished second overall at the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) Indoor Championship behind three event champions and a multitude of all-conference performances

2nd Place - 132 points
RECAP
- The distance crew put together 80 of the 132 points tallied. The middle-distance combo of Adam Shaw and AJ Springer were lethal in both the mile and 800-meter run, as Shaw was victorious in a new program best running 4:17.86 and Springer came in second (4:19.05). The two would flip in the 800-meter run as Springer had his turn of glory in 1:57.18 and Shaw in second in 1:57.79.
- Colby Branch was a conference champion in the 3,000-meter run in 8:44.09 while Xander Gottner finished in second in a gutsy performance in the 5,000-meter run in 15:10.90. The distance medley relay of Brett Litkey, Nate Bong, Scout Stokes, and Calder Bica Harrison rounded out the distance crew's success, finishing in third with a time of 10:49.08.
- In the field events, Logan Marks finished in third place in the pole vault, vaulting 4.41 meters. Over in the throws, Ethan Wrasman finished third in the shot put in 14.44 meters, while Spencer Davis finished in third in the weight throw with a toss of 16.09 meters
WHAT'S NEXT
A select group of Raiders will compete next weekend at Last Chance meets in their final opportunity to qualify for the National Championship. A meet has yet to be determined.
