Xander Gottner's school record led a multitude of victories for the MSOE men's track & field team as they won the Warrior Invitational to open their outdoor season.

- Gottner's record of 31:48.16 started off the day as the Raiders went 1-5 in the 10,000-meter run, followed by Patrick Lee (32:07.31) in second and David Golisch (32:49.83) in third. The Raiders had another clean sweep in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with Colby Branch winning the event in 9:42.66, followed by Cody Zenyuh (10:06.88) in second and Sam McPeak (10:07.20) in third.
- AJ Springer was a double champion in the 1,500-meter run (3:58.68) and 800-meter run (1:56.08), while Adam Shaw finished second (4:00.77) and third (1:58.68) in those same events, respectively. Ryan Alyassir rounded out the distance success, winning the 5,000-meter run in 15:25.91.
- In the sprints, Evan Ploeckelman won, the 200-meter dash in 22.47 seconds after finishing runner-up in the 100-meter dash, running 11.18 seconds in the prelims. Nate Bong finished third in the 400-meter dash in 53.77, while adding hurdles into the distance Jack Schwartz finished in third (1:03.49).
- In the field events, Ethan Wrasman won the shot put with a toss of 14.28 meters, while Spencer David had the other top three finish in the throwing events finishing third in the hammer with a throw of 42.66 meters. Logan Marks vaulted 4.10 meters in the pole vault to finish second and Kyle Conrad finished third in the triple jump with a leap of 11.83 meters.
