MILWAUKEE – The MSOE women's hockey team faced off against the #14 St. Norbert College Green Knights on Friday night, as the Raiders squared off with a ranked program for the second time this season, falling after a second period rush from SNC.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Raiders (3-13-2, 2-7-2 NCHA) looked to get ahead of the Green Knights (15-3-0, 11-0-0 NCHA) early as the registered three shots in the first 30 seconds of play, with Amelia Jutz and Gray Mandia getting after the St. Norbert goalie early. The Raiders would go on the power play at the 6:54 mark of the first period after a body checking penalty against SNC but were unable to find the back of the net despite a couple shots from Lilo Emerson. The Raiders once again went to the power play after another body checking call against the Green Knights, but SNC would convert a short-handed opportunity off the faceoff to take a 1-0 lead.
- Trailing by just a goal heading into the second period, MaryFrancis Williams tried to get the Raiders on the scoreboard to even the odds, but the Green Knights would jump to a 2-0 lead after an even strength goal at the 4:20 mark of the second period. The Green Knights offense would kick-into another gear, scoring three goals in a five-minute span after going up 3-0 on the Raiders to mount a steep 6-0 lead over the Red and White. St. Norbert would keep their foot on the gas, firing eighteen shots in the third period as the Raiders fell to the #14 team in the country by a final of 7-0.
