MILWAUKEE – Three MSOE women's soccer players have been named to the United Soccer Coaches All-Region Teams as
Page Sanchez,
Elizabeth Kuhn and
Faith Papazoglou earned honors for the Red and White.
Sanchez, a senior from Niwot, Colorado, started all 22 games for MSOE this season, compiling a 14-6-2 record with a 1.15 goals-against average and 107 saves in just over 1798 minutes of play. She has also posted nine clean sheets and an .823 save percentage. Six of Sanchez's shutouts came in regular-season NACC play with two more coming in the NACC Tournament.
Kuhn, an Aurora, Ill. native, recorded eleven goals and ten assists for the Red and White, leading the team in total points and finishing the season as the conference leader in shots on goal and game-winning goals.
Papazoglou, a senior from Commack, New York, finished her final campaign with six goals and four assists for the Raiders, including a five-point game in the Raiders win over Edgewood on September 24
th.
The Raiders finished the season with an overall record of 14-6-2, going 10-1-1 in conference play. The Raiders finished 2
nd in the NACC regular season standings and advanced to the NACC Championship game for the third straight season.
