CHICAGO – The MSOE women's track & field finished fourth overall in the Windy City Rumble behind a massive effort from the throwing events, including a victory from
Josephine Jacklin.

TEAM RECAP
- Jacklin had the lone event win on the day, leading the way in the shot put with a toss of 12.40-meters. Katrina Wawryzn finished right behind in second with a mark of 12.14 meters, while Jordan Monroe finished in third in 11.92 meters. Jessa Alderman led the throws in the weight throw, finishing in second with a toss of 15.67 meters, which is currently 36th nationally, while Ava Larson finished in third with a mark of 15.44 meters, which is 47th nationally.
- On the track, Ella Kwaterski finished fourth in the 5,000-meter run in a new personal best time of 20:02.10. Gillian McDaniel finished 12th overall in the 200-meter dash in 27.60, and also had an eight-place finish in the long jump, leaping 4.95 meters.

The Raiders are back in action next weekend, when they compete at the Red Hawk Invite on Saturday, February 8
th, hosted by Ripon College.
