MILWAUKEE – The MSOE women's lacrosse team returned home to Viets Field to begin a back-to-back, starting it off with a faceoff against Adrian College Friday late afternoon. The Bulldogs didn't waste any time to jump out in front to run away from the Raiders.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Right from the gate, Adrian (5-1, 0-0 MIAA) put up three goals in the first five minutes before having a 5-0 lead at the end of the first period. Just a few minutes after the second period started, Maggie Sanderson took a free-position attempt and sailed it past the Bulldogs goalie to put MSOE (0-4, 0-0 NACC) on the board. The Bulldogs went on to score five more goals after that to lead 10-1 at the break.
- The Bulldogs continued their offensive hot streak to begin the second half, put up four in the frame. Late in the third period, Gwen Demille scored her first collegiate goal after Vayda Flower fed her inside to just sneak it through to make it 14-2. The Bulldogs finished things off with three more goals to secure their win.
