MILWAUKEE – The College Sports Communicators (CSC) has announced the 2024-25 Academic All-District teams for men's & women's basketball, with Chase Cummings, Mason Dopirak, and Donovan Carter representing the men and Aleah Butterbrodt and Elly Kohl representing the women.

The CSC Academic All-American program recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their efforts both in competition and in the classroom.  To be eligible, a student-athlete must compete in 90 percent of their team's games, be a key starter or reserve on their team, and attain a cumulative grade-point average of at least 3.5. They must also hold at least sophomore standing at their institution.

Dopirak led the conference in scoring, averaging 22.2 points per game, while averaging 5.9 rebounds per game and shooting 48.2% from the floor. Carter led the team, shooting 54.8% from the floor and 89.3% from the foul line, while averaging 17.7 per game. Cummings shot 41.6% on the season and 43.1% from three on the season, averaging 8.4 points per game and 5.7 rebounds per game. Carter and Cummings started all 27 games, while Dopirak started all 26 games he appeared in, leading the Raiders to a 18-9 overall record and 13-5 record in conference play.

Butterbrodt appeared in 26 games, making 16 starts, and averaged 3.7 points per game and shot 33.7% percent from the field. She shot double-figure point totals in two games on the season, including a career-high 11 points at DePauw on December 30^th. Kohl appeared in 26 games, making eight starts, and averaged 3.1 points per game and shot 40.5% from the floor. She set a career high in points on November 26^th against Mount Mary, scoring 13 points while shooting perfect from the field. The two helped lead the Raiders to a 15-12 overall record and 10-6 in conference play.

Dopirak's honors advances him as a finalist for CSC Academic All-America, which is set to be released on Tuesday, April 15^th.
