CHERRY HILL, N.J. – The MSOE Rowing teams made their way to the historic Knecht Cup in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, as the Raiders' Men's 8+ earned their way to the DII/DIII Championship race, with the Red and White taking sixth place out of six teams in the final heat.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- In the Women's Varsity 8+, the Raiders squad of Ava Pike, Paige Phillips, Duaa Aljalous, Autumn Bunker, Kaliska Klusmeyer, Jen Miller, Katerina Flierl, Brooke Stanley and coxswain Keith Perona finished in a time of 9:03.13, just missing out on punching their ticket to the final heat for DII and DIII schools.
- The MSOE Men's Varsity 8+ shined in their first heat on Friday afternoon, punching their ticket to the finals as they won their heat in a time of 6:48.15, as they earned their spot in the DII/DIII Championship race in Cherry Hill. The Raiders boat of Liam Otten, Asuka Suzuki, Trey Miller, Ryan LeMay, Len Wessel, Jacob Borowczak, Vito Signaigo and Raymen Vue were lead by coxswain Ray Tinianow as they posted a time of 6:30.81 good enough for 6th place in the historic regatta with the Red and White finishing just behind Catholic University and Trinity.
